Specialist services

Before your appointment

Which appraisal should I choose?

Basic records the essentials and retail insurance value. Full adds wholesale value and owner details. Supreme adds detailed photographs and gemstone documentation. If you’re unsure, contact us with the type of piece and what you need the report for.

What should I bring?

Bring the piece and any certificates, purchase receipts or previous appraisal reports you have. For watches, boxes, papers and service records can also help.

Can I get an appraisal online?

An online appraisal is available for eligible diamond jewellery with a GIA or IGI certificate and photographs. Send us the details through the online appraisal form so we can review your request.
